find objects that are mundane and usually do not draw your attention. make photographs that are fascinating, beautiful, or monumental.
I think that this prompt stood out to me particularly this week because of the “make ugly objects into interesting photos” prompt that we had the other week. They reminded me of each other, but I wanted to take a different approach to this than I did the other one, because they are two different prompts and I wanted to treat them as such. For this one, I went through my normal routine of going to class, going home, walking up the stairs, etc. but this time I forced myself to become much more aware of objects and spaces that I go past every day and look at, but never truly see. I took photographs of views that I miss everyday that actually have proven themselves to have the potential to be fascinating, beautiful, or monumental.
